Operating partner

Co-Management — when it's about growing
company value, not just keeping operations afloat.

From "a handful of clients and chaos" to an organized, scalable business. We come in both strategically and operationally. A partner for long-term growth, not a firefighting exercise.

FAQ

Common questions about Co-Management.

How is Co-Management different from consulting?

Consulting hands you a strategy in a PDF and disappears. Co-Management means we actually co-manage the company — we take responsibility for decisions, we're present in board meetings, we represent the leadership. We don't sell "strategy alone".

How long does the engagement last?

Typically 6–12 months, sometimes longer. It's a long-term partnership — not a firefighting exercise. After the first 3 months, we run a review and adjust the scope.

Do I have to give up equity?

Co-Management is a fee-based arrangement, with no equity. Co-Founder is an option for advanced cases — arranged individually.

What if our personalities don't click?

After the first month, either of us can end the engagement with no penalties. Chemistry is key — we test it on the intro call and during the first diagnosis.

Sound right? Let's talk.

15–30 minutes online, a concrete diagnosis with no strings attached. No hard sell — if it's not the right time, we'll tell you straight.
