ECG started from an observation: founders who run great companies are at the same time the most burned out. Not because they can't manage. Quite the opposite. They manage everything, including dozens of operational decisions that, in a mature company, should be delegated and automated.
The first implementations in 2022 revealed a pattern: the lack of a system isn't a problem of the founder's intelligence or charisma. It's the problem of missing a framework that lets you hand operations over to the team and oversee them through a KPI dashboard instead of Slack 24/7.
We gathered these patterns into our own framework EMS® (Analysis · System · Architecture · Processes).
